We require a minimum contract length of 6 months for ongoing services. This allows sufficient time for our marketing efforts to yield results and reflects our commitment to long-term success. Our monthly billing for ongoing services is done via direct debit for ease and convenience.

For project-based services, such as branding and website design, we offer custom proposals and pricing based on the scope of the project. To ensure a seamless project experience, we request a 50% upfront payment and the remaining 50% upon completion.
